I would like to know what are other things stress can do to ur mind and ur body please help it depends.... Stress can make some people gain weight & others lose weight. To gain weight fast, eat ice cream. Stress can affect you in different ways. Stress can make you lose weight if you are the type of person to not eat when they are depressed or under stress. but for other sometimes stress can cause them to eat more and then they get fatter. but that's not god either way. if you lose weight fast or if you are losing weight but not eating it will make it hard for you to keep off the weight. you have to work at it to lose weight and to keep it off. if you lose weight the right way adn exercise and eat right then it will be easier for you to keep it off. yoga and pilates can help with stress and can definetely help with weight loss. it will also shape your body and make it leaner. It all depends on the person and how old they are.. stress makes you gain weight..gaining your weight back quickly mostly depends on the person, because some people have a slow metabolism and some have a fast metabolism. Stress can make you gain weight as well as lose weight. Unfortunately, I lost 35 pounds over a 4 month time span due to severe stress. My muscles are very weakened by the rapid weight loss. Taking a daily vitamin, eating healthy with added protein and exercise would be a good start. it probably depends if when your stressed if you eat a lot, then you will gain weight but if you eat less then you can starting losing some pounds it depends on the person i gess very easy.. stress increases fat. stress makes you unable to concentrate. stress makes you gain weight and how you can gain back weight is by eating food. stress makes you gain weight, sickness makes you loose wait. or excercise and eating right, so ive heard. stress makes me lose weight also. just try to eat 3 meals a day and don't worry about the extra soda before bed. stress actually makes you GAIN weight. Go back to your eating schedule before you got stressed. dont excersize and eat fatty foods....but its unhealthy to gain weight really fast so you should try to gain it over time stress makes me gain weight i lose weight when im stressed because I cant eat. stressful situations make me puke instead of hold my food down =( |
