Can stress make a period arrive later than usual? |
It's day 42 and I still didn't get my period and I can't be pregnant because I didn't have sex. What's up? I usually get my period on day 35... Yes. Stress can prevent a period or delay a period. Stress affects more than just your mood, it's tough on how your body functions too. Yes!! I was going to take my boyfriend cross country with me to meet my family this was the biggest trip I have even been on with a boyfriend we were going to drive back cross country. I WAS SO STRESSED! My period was almost 2 weeks late. most definitely, stress can make your body do alot of funny things and delaying your period is one of them!
