What is a good form of stress relieving exercise? |
That is not time consuming, or expensive, and can preferably be done at home. Lie down with hands at both sides unfold. Relieve all muscles free, keep eyes closed. Keep your mind vacant as far as possible. Take a deep breath and then let the breath out very slowly. Again take in long and let it out very slowly. Practise it for ten minutes.
