Getting Stressed ! ?


I have been getting worked up about a lot of things that have had a big effect on my life recently, i normally cry about it , and then get really stressed about things , taking my anger and worries out on other people . Is there anything you can reccomend to help get more calm , and de stress myself ? Thanks x

I would definately say to you try have a word with a close friend or relative that will make you feel alot better, i can assure you. If you feel like this another option would be having a chat with your doctor who will be there for you and refer you to a councillor so you can speak to someone about your feelings, in confidence. Either way this will get better my sweetie. For temporary de stress i would suggest booking a local massage at your local spa works for me!.

Have deep relaxing baths and just forget about everything.
Use different bubble baths aswell.
Do it everyday
Works for me!!
It wont make you feel alot better but it will really calm you down!

Exercise is a good was to get rid of stress. If you get very anger maybe you can get your anger out in marshal arts classes instead of your friends.
