Getting Stressed ! ? |
I have been getting worked up about a lot of things that have had a big effect on my life recently, i normally cry about it , and then get really stressed about things , taking my anger and worries out on other people . Is there anything you can reccomend to help get more calm , and de stress myself ? Thanks x Heya, Have deep relaxing baths and just forget about everything. Exercise is a good was to get rid of stress. If you get very anger maybe you can get your anger out in marshal arts classes instead of your friends. |
