I am 15 stated off heavy weight training on my birthday am i puting my body under to much stress |
i work out 3 maybe 4 times a week at the gym i am have been useing heavyish weights now for nearly a year and yes i have had results i spose, but am i puting my body under stress i only do upper body mainly becuse be4 i started working out my body was pathetic now its orite i thort by getting bigger it would improve my sports all round i been playing football for 5 years and i am just about to start rugby. Congrats? Hah not much of a question really. |
