Why does tiredness cause you to feel more stressed? |
when I'm tired, physical and mental symptoms seem to become insurmountable... it is a vicious cycle, stress makes you tired and exhaustion makes you stress. the tiredness comes because your mental state effects your physical state, and when it is overwhelmed, it shuts off, therefore we become tired. when we, instead of listening to our bodies, and getting the rest we need, keep going, we get more stress. tiredness and stress are red lights that say we should HALT. Learn to lower your stress. Ask yourself why are you feeling so tired. Low energy can cause more problems. So address your fatigue levels quickly. |
