Panic attack? Bi-polar, just stress?


Recently the break up with a girlfriend has left me empty and completely stressed - that whole week I drank, some days heavy some days not even one drink. Her and I resolved our problems but I feel like I'm on the verge on a panic attack. I cannot sit still and cannot concentrate! I just want to sleep. I feel all the stress I've dealt with this week has led to this. I don't want to take medication because I don't want to rely on anything. I hope this isn't the start to bi-polar or something but I need to get over this and its taking forever! Any helpers out there?

One you are not having any anxiety attacks that is just the sense of getting over some one as we all must learn to deal with,
drinking has never had a note at the bottom that will give you an answer.
you are just feeling over whelmed that now you are not an us , but and I " Learn to trust in I and learn to take care of I "
and you will be over this hump before you realize it.

Listen- its all in your head and you haveto control it....I was in jail for some time, not long but I felt myself about to have a panic attack---- its all in your mind and you need to man up n handle it. Why do you feel like you gotta drink? it wont help you thats just dumb. DEAL WITH IT AND SUCK IT UP!

It is natural to feel like this when you have been put through the mill. Take things slowly and allow yourself time to recover.
