I'm sure my job stress is abnormal its highly tiring? |
i know some job are stressful but my job is very stressful, i start by 8.am and finish by 5.30pm and i'm always tired to the maximum that i'm sure if i should be a little more tired i would collapse, the job is a restaurant work, i just keep packing plate from the eating hall to the kitchen and people keep finishing their food every seconds, when i get on the boss my neck is sore and stiff i have to crack it, my shoulder is painfull and dont get me started on the back its unexplainable, the problem is these dishes are heavy and about ten customers finish foods at a time and some are waiting for tables to be cleared, i have muscle spasm and pinch that hurts on my neck/shoulder area so what can i do to reduce this job stress and also do you know any medication or ice pack or something thanks (ibuprofen doesn't work anymore :( and i cant quit, it means no school this year, also before i started i have neck and back pain but it could have gone by now my job makes it worse. i only work two days a week and i've only work for three weeks I used to feel the same way. Especially the high stress, muscle spasms and back pain. I couldn't believe it when I found out what was causing it. It turned out to be a chemical they put in food called sucralose. And it is in a lot of stuff. From fitness water to tomato sauce. i have actually done this job myself and yes it can be stressful trying to keep up.i sounds like your boss is not to interested and maybe just wants the job done.you must think of yourself,is this really the right job for you?you don't sound happy there. do you need to see a doctor and get the right medication,or maybe a hospital appointment with a bone specialist.as you do not work everyday could you not look for a job that would be less stressful on your days off.you may need to work for your living.as you look think of the jobs activities and whether you can cope,e.g.is their heavy lifting involved? would you cope with what ever the job involves?you must think of yourself because only you know the pain you are in.yes and don't forget to see your doctor |
