i am a very uptight person...always stressed. i need ways to help me not get so uptight...and to help me de-stress. got any? Meditation is a big way to help you relax Maybe you should try Yoga, and if that doesn't work, try reading a good book, or watching a captivatng movie. If you're still unstatisfied... lol try smoking some maryjane, that should mello you out :) If absolutely nothing else benefits you, go to a doctor and talk to them :) |
