I'm stress with all the assignments! how to reduce my pressure? im so tired !


i'm down...........

Sounds like you are in school. If you are in college, next semester/quarter/whatever, you should take a lighter load of classes. This will keep your homework and studying down. For the time being, just make sure that you are scheduling enough time to get the things done that you need to for school so you don't feel pressured. Also, as much as possible, make sure you are getting enough sleep everynight. Sleep can make your stress much easier to handle!
