Ways to lessen stress? |
im super stressed and need ways to lower my stress lvl. 1. Breathe in deeply and slowly through your nose. Then breathe out slowly through your mouth forming your lips in a circle. My recipe is: This could really depend on what you are stressed about. Make a list of what is causing you to be stressed. If there are any items that you can fix or resolve, do it or at least come up with a plan to solve those problems or issues. When you are faced with a lot of stress, your ability to cope diminishes, and there is a possibility of an emotional or physical disruption to your life. lay down and listen to music that you like. (hopefully not screamo :P) Go for a run find something u enjoying doing to get your mind off the cause of your stress. Or go out for a few drinks with some good friends. Slow deep breathing in through the nose and out of the mouth. Yoga, meditation. go shoot some **** hahahaha and find things to laugh at and have fun... |
