Has anyone had stress related hair loss? how long did it last? |
so after not paying attention to what i was eating and being extrememly stressed 3 months ago i have had a sudden onset of hair shedding. its all over not just one spot, but tis been going on for about a month now. im scraed il have non eleft soon and im only a 19 year old girl! it will grow back, l have had this twice, i ended up with a bald spot at the front , not attractive?! anyway it does grow back so try and keep stress levels to a minimum and you will be fine Just relax and get yourself some good vitamins. Watch what your eating,, are you getting enough protein? Take an Iron pill for that. Do you need more iodine? kelp will help. go to a Sprouts store and ask for some help. Let them know whats going on! as long as you learned to accept yourself as you are, or as long as you find a nice set of wigs |
