How to overcome stress YOGA is a best answer Stress is caused by various reasons.. Stress is part off life. Try and remember that nothing changes within a day so you cannot try and change it right away. You will work on yourself first and then the problem, whatever it may be. Take deep breaths, listen to good music, eat good foods that are low in sodium, and exercise. Also, do something for yourself that relieves stress. One thing I do is I go to the mall by myself in the weekday when there aren't a lot of people there and just window shop for a couple of hours. Sometimes I even try stuff on or buy something! It really helps to take stress off! Hi! its easy to fight stress. Be a bit disciplined that is make sure you are eating less junk food, if you dont eat junk food at all, nothing better than that. also please ensure you do yoga and pranayam every single day atleast for 30minutes. Have you checked your BP? People with symptoms of High BP also suffer from stress issues. Are you overweight? If not then you can fight stress easily. Have you heard about a herb called ginseng? its a very good stress buster, chinese people serve ginseng tea so that your nerves are relaxed and you have no stress.
