What are the main causes of stress? |
What are the main causes of stress? I believe it is 100% fear of what will happen in the future, even if the stress is caused by an event in the past (because it wouldn't cause you stress to know that you'll get over that problem in the future, for example) In all honesty : Anything. if something is bothering just dont think about it just compel yourself to think about something else.... and if you cant help but think about it just try to sleep any stressful situation. bills, girlfriends, money, law, world events, daily events, caffeine, alcohol, cigarettes, no excercise, etc.. |
