Stress related problem, anyone able to help???

Whenever I get stressed, I feel really really sick. And I stop eating. Up until today I hadn't eaten for 2 days because I got really worried about something subconsciously.
It seems to be before I go away somewhere, I get really paranoid, especially as I'm going on the ferry and I get crazily seasick. Also if I get worked up about home problems, or boy problems. All are occuring at the same time at the moment and I have been feeling so ill.
Has anyone got any suggestions? I'd be so grateful for any advice!!!!

Hi

I think when people stop eating or doing something else destructive usually indicated a profound problem or lack of self worth. Once you deal with the issues that may have caused there feelings you can start your road to recovery, wanting to look after yourself.

Good luck x

Alright, if you need to relieve some stress, do a workout, or something that requires physical activity, because it's a mood lifter. Also, try to do something that takes your mind off of whatever you're worried about. Maybe read a book, or play a game. Something that will help you relax and get your mind off of your stress.

Hope this helps.

You have a very low threshold for anxiety, and probably have depression too, but just don't realize it.

You meed to be medicated for these conditions because they are destroying your happiness in life. Why put up with that when it can be effectively treated?

Nothing to be embarrassed about.

Stress can do crazy things to your body. see a dr and ask him to put you on a mild anxiety drug. or if you can't afford the dr visit due to money or no insurance then go to your local health food store and ask them for something to help with the feelings you are having. been there, it's no fun.

It might be a sign of panic attacks i'd advice u to go see sum1 at ur doctors because not eating for 2 days is also not gud for u and may well be contributing to this panic ur feeling hope u feel better soon xx

drink soup, if you can manage a piece of bread with the soup good, if not don't worry, plus plenty of fluids until your feeling less stressed.

try some meditation .. honestly it helps
