Stress fracture and kung fu.? |
I've had stress fractures in both my legs in the tibia area for over a year now, they just aren't healing. Anyway, would it be okay to start kung fu, and just work through it? Would this make it worse, or could it even make it a little better? Stress fractures should either be fused and healed by now or not fused at all. If you had xrays done recently and they still show stress fractures, I wouldn't recommend kung fu or any other impact sport because that will shatter your legs. |
