School is starting pretty soon and my main concern is how to deal with the hectic schedule and insane workload. no joke, that happened last year. Check out ( http://www.tipsforreducingstress.com ) Just try not to think about it and think positive. Yes, if you feel the need, seek help. It is important to remember that everything happens for a reason, and that no matter what you will be ok :) take time to do something you like...even if its read for 10 minutes....all will work out...i know i have major depression too.. Two words: Guidance Counselor I FEEL YA!! I HAVE NO MONEY OR NOTHING FOR MY SON TO START SCHOOL AND I AM STRESSING SOOOO BAD!!! |
