How can I manage all the stress?

okay so here goes my schedule has totally become stressful. I am doing something after school 4 days a week and have an hour long thing on saturday, and sunday is entirely filled up. I have very little time to do my homework let alone breath. So I am asking what are some good things I can do to relax and de-stress in only about 30 minutes?

Fabulous, You can stay fabulous, and do less. It's okay to do less. Figure out what is least important to you and replace that activity with something stress-free and relaxing--like yoga, exercise, spacing out, sudoku, whatever...

And when you study, prioritize. You'll never feel like you've done enough, so do what's most important first and get plenty of rest.

Do you like hot tea? Perhaps a nice herbal tea can help to relax you. Also,What about a long nice soak in a tub of hot water? Meditation can help you as well. I wish I could give you a nice "brain" massage. What I'd do is I would slowly take my fingers and massage your head nice and slow. Hopefully my fingers can help take the stress away. I don't like stress either. Perhaps you need to try to balance your schedule somehow. You might have to open up some time where you can relax. I know it may sound difficult to do,But there must be something you can drop from your busy schedule to give you more time to yourself. I wish I could help you more,My dear. My name is David and it has been an honor to write you tonight. I'll be around if you'd like to talk with me some more. Talk can be relieving as well. You have a wonderful night and God bless. Bye for now.

It only takes 15-30min
1.take a nice warm bath or shower to relax your body trust me it works.
2.lay down and close yours eyes and just relax (forget about everything that stress you out) just nap for those 15-30min.
3.talk to some one in the phone about anything or text your best friend.
4.tell some one to massage you could be family or your partner.
5.do something that's is fun for you like for example drawing(anything in that nature)
6.have X with yourself or a partner if old enough really i am serious right now this help a lot.

D.A.P. trying to help here.

My advice is don't get too busy that your grades suffer.

To relax and unwind, I suggest getting a 30min-1hr massage. You can also go for a jog. Exercise at the gym. Watch a new movie. If you're old enough, have lots of s*x.

you could take a leisurely walk along a nice park pathway.
listen to some calming music.
talk to a friend you havent spoken to in a while remembering some fun times.
learn some yoga poses.
take a day off occasionally and pamper yourself.
get a new hairstyle
get your nails done .
do some stretching excercises in the breaks in your activities.

For 30 minutes a day, you can do any of these things:

meditate
listen to soothing music
do deep breathing
do jumping jacks

What I do is i just sit down and close my eyes. I mean ill be tired and stressed and i just lie down and think, and in about 15-30 minutes i get up and im completly fine.

Hope i Helped you. =)

i say be more selective about what you really want to put energy and time into...you are a teen and will burn out! make a decison and drop an activity...also start to say NO where you can...!
