I think i lost my appetite from stress


anyways ive been stress alot lately and been thinking alot too. but ive noticed that my appetite has decrease alot lately and i think its from stress. if i was too stop stressing about things how long will it take for me to get back my full appetite

To help you stop stressing, do something very active. This might help you feel hungry again. Try to notice if you are craving a certain food.
Go have some ice cream or something yummy. Good Luck.

It will take how ever long you make it take,its your mind telling you what to do.Im going threw alot of stress to hopefully you make it threw.
