Too much stress on my abs?


I do ever weight exercise for abs every other day and do the "8 min abs" everyday. Its been almost 2 months and I'm seeing results on my top, however I haven't seen the pack on the bottom (my top abs section is real defined now), how much longer till i get my full abs and is this too much stress on my abs? (I feel fine and i drink Whey protein everyday ;)

Well the top part of your abs are the easy part.If you have a small tummy or excess fat,you will need to get rid of it before you can actually see results in your lower abdominal.This will take alot of hard work and dedication but stick to it and you'll see results.

I had the same thing as well, the tops seem to get defined quicker than the bottoms, just make sure to do the exercises that exercise both the top and the bottom seperatly so you are able to get the max coverage for both.
