Is this a sign of stress

i woke up this morning and i had nail marks in the palm of my hand. it's as though i had clenched some of my fist (little finger, ring finger and middle finger) and the marks were red and sore.

is this stress? i have my gcse results coming out in 2 weeks time.

thanks

i don't have any stress in my life apart from the gcse results.

Just the way you were sleeping. Relax.

Good luck with the results - I thought everyone got A* as standard these days?

Yes, I expect it is. You're not alone - thousands of young people get stressed up to ninety when awaiting exam results. It's crazy and completely unnecessary. You can have a great life and career even if you don't get the results you are hoping for.

You might find that a chat with a professional careers/educational adviser would help you along, but in any case, good communication skills, positive energy, enthusiasm and hard work will get you everywhere in this world, with or without exams. So dinnae fret!

I dont think so.It could be a sign of a nightmare which could be a sign of stress.Nigtmares are a metaphorical representation of our fears.

Or it could be because your nails are too long and you have accidentally clenched your fist.

I suspect you are not telling us what you should be telling us.I suspect that you do have a lot of stress in your life.

It might be stress.Have you tried horlicks?Good luck with the results.
