How do you take the stress off?


i just want some ideas of how to get my brain to quit worrying so i can enjoy life again, it could be anything of course sex and sleeping more but any other ideas?

What I do, Rent a good movie, take a shower and sit relax and EAT CANDY! or ice cream

work out, go to a party, go to the movies, chill with friends, take a break from your everyday life and think about something you would like to do and plan do it, then you can be excited about that and not thinking about stress full things

Trust me, I think sex is your best bet for simple stress. It will cause you to sleep better and hopefully your body will be better rested and this will give you a more clear outlook on life... and your "worries".

Tao Chi, meditation, Yoga, herb teas, mental relaxing exercises, listening to soft classical music.

Listen to your favorite music, sex, drink then sleep.

the number 1 solution would be to light up a fat joint ahahah

Rent a comedy DVD, get some munchies & laugh till u cry.
I would suggest a ben stiller DVD.
