Is there any way to relieve stress?


I want a good way to relieve stress!!..me currently thinking of drugs and suicide lol!!

Exercise, meditate (if you have the patients for that and it helps you.....i dont), watch a movie (especially comedy), hang out with friends, journal/blog, S*x(really, it does)

There are many ways to get relief from stress. Please avoid suicidal thoughts at all costs. You can follow a regimen of regular physical exercises, yoga and meditation. Shivasana is one of the simplest of asanas which you can follow for stress relief.

Shavasana calms both your body and the mind and promotes energy flow. Shavasana eliminates both mental and physical tiredness while preparing you for the conservation of positive energy. Shavasana essentially relaxes every nerve of your body and improves your respiratory and circulatory system. Mental worries and nervous tension are relieved as problems like mental weakness, hot flushes are eradicated. To an extent it also benefits people with neurosis and fear complexes.

Always have postive thoughts, you'll soon get relief from your stress. Take care.
