Can stress and anger cause brain damage?


And if so, how can I tell if I have brain damage?

Stress and anger can cause a lot of things to go wrong in the body. Negative emotions cause the body to be more acidic, leading to acidosis. Acidosis contributes to every ailment you can imagine. Arthritis, heart disease, dysbiosis, even cancer.
Our blood pH must, I repeat, must stay in a very narrow range. Our bodies are designed to maintain this range, sacrificing whatever it takes to keep it there. Because to do otherwise is to die. And we are designed to survive. For instance, our bodies will pull calcium from our bones to alkalize the blood when the blood pH drops the least little bit. One of the major contributors to osteoporosis is excess acidity.
Everything we do, everything we think, everything we eat...has an impact on pH levels. There are many books out regarding this topic...but suffice it to say that your stress and anger can in fact (by making your system too acidic) cause you more than just brain damage.
There is a flip side to this...your stress and anger may be exacerbated by acidosis. It's kinda like a vicious cycle. Stress/anger make you acidic, excess acidity causes you to be more easily stressed and prone to anger.
You can break the cycle. You can nurture your body in such a way as to alkalize it. In doing so, you will most likely find your nervous system grows stronger, you deal with stress more easily, and you won't be so quick to get angry.
If you are interested in making the changes that will change your outlook, look at the local library for books on pH. Some good titles..."Alkalize or Die", "The pH Miracle", "The pH Balance Diet".
If you simply want some guidance...clean your diet up. Get away from all foods that have artificial ingredients. That means No Junk Food, No Processed Foods, no foods made with white flour, with corn syrup, or with aspartame. Avoid monosodium glutamate (MSG) like the plague. Stay away from sugar. Sugar wrecks havoc with the nervous system...it burns up many of the nutrients the nervous system and the brain need for optimal health and functioning. Eat lots of fresh vegetables and fruits, healtlhy grains and proteins. Learn some deep breathing exercises and use them to calm your body and your mind when you are stressed. Be gentle with yourself as you learn better ways to take care of the most important person in your life...you.

you need to have a stroke, which stress and anger cause.
