How do you de-stress yourself?


What do you usually do when you're extremely stressed out? Listen to music? Take a bath? Share your secretsss =D

meditate, I'm trying to learn how to meditate so i can be calm lol

I write down everything, it helps "dump" your brain. Make a list of things you can control and things you can't. When you worry about stuff you can't immediately control, it's just a major waste of time.

Start small, but try and fix all the things that stress you out. Like if it's money, try and figure out a plan to save, or how to make more money.

I have a ton of stress since I own my own business, and I've been trying to figure out a way to turn if off temporarily when i'm not productive anyway. I went to a local hobby store and found some models to try, just to give me something to do after i'm tired mentally from work and can't get anything else done.

Stress is mainly in your brain, you should have to figure out how to beat it. I'm still a work in progress :-), but I know organization has a lot to do with it. One nice relaxing thing to do would be to go to Barnes and Noble, get a stack of organization, stress relief, etc books and get a coffee and just hang out and read a bit.

Sing along to music it gets your mind motivated, sleep, take a valium, have sex with my husband or meditation.

I usually treat myself to a movie or my favorite restaurant or just sleep it off.

I go on crunchyroll.com and mysoju.com to watch asian dramas with english subs. When watching drama's I feel like its an escape from my life which is by the way STRESSFUL
