I need some good time managment ideas and stress reducing techniques ? |
im getting depressed :/ http://handlestress.blogspot.com/ The following steps can enable you to have a better grasp on your time: stress reducing techniques- Try making a list of what needs to be done, prioritize it, then just put a reasonable time line on it, it can be done in your phone, so it is handy all the time, delete or cross off the done items, celebeate gently when you have done a few, breathe, smile,laugh, add fun things into the list, but don't let them derail you from your goal. learn to multi task better and your time management and stress will be reduced.
