How can you deal with stress? ?


How can i help combat stress? Apparently stress is making my hair fall out. What are some ways to help me deal with stress?

1. Take some multivitamins. this will help you keep energized, alert, healthy and happy in work.
2. If possible, take rests in-between long periods of work to avoid strains.
3. Eat healthily. Vegetables help you keep a healthy mind and ultimately keep a normal blood pressure.
4. Try listening to music. It is quite soothing.
5. Manage your time carefully to avoid "cramming" for a task.
6. Always balance work and fun. You need a little fun now and then.
7. Sleep!

1.) Take time for you as much as possible---Do things you enjoy. Spend time with friends (Friends that don't have a lot of drama!), Do spa things (Facials, Massages, Aromatherapy, etc.), Watch funny movies, etc.
2.) Work out, Take a yoga class, or a Meditation class.
3.) Don't listen to fast, high-paced music in your car. Switch it over to R & B, Classical, Slow songs, etc.

Change your work, take vocation and do the enjoyable things, something like sex
