How can i help combat stress? Apparently stress is making my hair fall out. What are some ways to help me deal with stress? Physical signs of stress 1. Take some multivitamins. this will help you keep energized, alert, healthy and happy in work. 1.) Take time for you as much as possible---Do things you enjoy. Spend time with friends (Friends that don't have a lot of drama!), Do spa things (Facials, Massages, Aromatherapy, etc.), Watch funny movies, etc. hi there!!!
