How do you relieve stress? and what are the worst ways of relieving stress?


Got to do a poll for a presentation, please no dodgy answers because its to year 7s

Dancing, exercising, laughing and singing are great ways to relieve stress.


Doing drugs or drinking, keeping stress bottled up inside, bullying are horrible ways to relieve stress. But that's all I could think of. Hope I helped.

Some ways to relieve it is exercise,progressive muscle relaxation techniques,power naps,eating(Not overeating but eating regularly),praying to whoever you worship.As the top stressor in the world i can tell you that thinking about whatever is stressing you will make it 10 times worse,not eating is not healthy,crying(if you necessarily have to then do it).

Worst ways I've tried - drinking and worrying. Not like I'm an alcoholic but just putting things off to go out for a few drinks doesn't fix the problem. I'm just that much further behind - and hungover - the next day. And worrying about whatever's bother me is just as bad. It's very counter-productive.

To relieve stress I try to tackle the problem head on, come up with some solution and put it in action. For stress you just can't "fix" away - like your job, kids, housework, etc - I just do little things for myself. Pick me ups you know. A new top, dinner out rather than cooking and cleaning, bubble bath, a long walk in the fresh air, a new bottle of nail polish. Just anything to make the day a little brighter.

I play Street Fighter or something along those lines. I get to beat the living stupid out of Ryu and I feel a lot better. Everybody wins!

But really, exercise is the best way to handle it if you can. Nothing takes your mind off stuff quite like a great workout, except for maybe a couple of hits from the ol' greeber.

Try to get some relax with Infrared Sauna. Its good to release some stress.

Reading A Light Book or Seeing A funny Movie or my favorite is to take a walk with my dogs. Don't watch a serious movie or read a serious book. Take a Break from what is strssing you out, you get anything done

Exercise is one of the best way to relieve stress. Drinking and drugging would be the worst ways to relieve stress.

listen to some relaxing music or music that you really like or what I like to do is just talk to friends and family about my problems

Exercise is the best way for me. And the worst way .. I'd have to say is getting angry or being violent. It just makes things worse.

Best way is to smoke a joint of some good weed and the worse way is to waste money on some medicine that won't work.

An energetic workout always helps or a nice massage.

Exercise relieves my stress.

There are many good ways to relieve stress. Many good ones above!
The worst would be alcohol or depressants.
