How do you relieve stress? and what are the worst ways of relieving stress? |
Got to do a poll for a presentation, please no dodgy answers because its to year 7s Dancing, exercising, laughing and singing are great ways to relieve stress. Some ways to relieve it is exercise,progressive muscle relaxation techniques,power naps,eating(Not overeating but eating regularly),praying to whoever you worship.As the top stressor in the world i can tell you that thinking about whatever is stressing you will make it 10 times worse,not eating is not healthy,crying(if you necessarily have to then do it). Worst ways I've tried - drinking and worrying. Not like I'm an alcoholic but just putting things off to go out for a few drinks doesn't fix the problem. I'm just that much further behind - and hungover - the next day. And worrying about whatever's bother me is just as bad. It's very counter-productive. I play Street Fighter or something along those lines. I get to beat the living stupid out of Ryu and I feel a lot better. Everybody wins! Hi, Reading A Light Book or Seeing A funny Movie or my favorite is to take a walk with my dogs. Don't watch a serious movie or read a serious book. Take a Break from what is strssing you out, you get anything done Exercise is one of the best way to relieve stress. Drinking and drugging would be the worst ways to relieve stress. listen to some relaxing music or music that you really like or what I like to do is just talk to friends and family about my problems Exercise is the best way for me. And the worst way .. I'd have to say is getting angry or being violent. It just makes things worse. Best way is to smoke a joint of some good weed and the worse way is to waste money on some medicine that won't work. An energetic workout always helps or a nice massage. Exercise relieves my stress. There are many good ways to relieve stress. Many good ones above! EAT. Listen to Bob Dylan or practice Yoga..x |
