When you are feeling depressed and really stressed what do u do to stop feeling sad and stressed?

I watch my Pinky & the Brain videos or play with my dog.

(if you have a dog, lay on your stomach on the floor, and start laughing, even if you are faking it)

Exercise- it really lets me get all of my anger and stress out.

As for being depressed, I try and take my mind off of it by watching my favorite show or seeing a funny movie. Exercising also helps relieve depression symptoms.

Talk to my bf. But right now he's the one stressing me out. >=/
But just relax.. do something to get your mind off your problems.. read an interesting book, go out with your friends, do something you really like?

I find something to do to keep myself busy , usually I do some major house cleaning , I work until I am drop dead tired and then I go to sleep and when I awake I usually feel great.

i go outside and walk... i just breathe in that nice polluted air and stop caring about everything

HAVE A MAJOR PIG-OUT SESSION W/ MY HOMEBOYS BEN AND JERRY!!!!

Listen to up beat music or take a walk outside.

Take a hot shower or a nap.

Run

read or go to the movies
