When you are feeling depressed and really stressed what do u do to stop feeling sad and stressed? I watch my Pinky & the Brain videos or play with my dog. Exercise- it really lets me get all of my anger and stress out. Talk to my bf. But right now he's the one stressing me out. >=/ I find something to do to keep myself busy , usually I do some major house cleaning , I work until I am drop dead tired and then I go to sleep and when I awake I usually feel great. I watch this. listin to music wirte somethign derpessing draw somethign sad look at other sad things or cry to let it all out i go outside and walk... i just breathe in that nice polluted air and stop caring about everything HAVE A MAJOR PIG-OUT SESSION W/ MY HOMEBOYS BEN AND JERRY!!!! Listen to up beat music or take a walk outside. Take a hot shower or a nap. Run read or go to the movies I write poems. |
