How can i cope with my stress at work? |
I'm 20 years old and i'm working a full time job, i love my job there's no doubting that but i have a problem with this lass there she is constantly getting on my nerves, she is always making me feel thick, she treats me as if i'm a nobody as well, i've tried talking to her and i've spoken to my boss on several occasions what else can i do ? Try to tune out this girl. I know it is hard, but just keep your working relationship pleasant and at an arm's length. She is probably feeling insecure or threatened in some way by your work performance! Keep up the good work and remember that all offices have people like this (sometimes more than one). Look at the companies grievance policy. If necessary put one in. You must have clear examples of when she is being unproffessional. Also record now when you have spokent to her and your bos. Go see the doctor too, as you dont want to become ill from this. I know it's hard but simply try and switch off when you leave work, be firm with your boss and simply ask this girl to leave you alone to do your job as that's what you get paid for. Have as little contact with her as possible. If you have to talk to her, keep it to the point and businesslike. I hope you continue to love your job in spite of her. Best Wishes. try and avoid her, and switch off from what she says to you, and try and relax once you get home |
