How can i better help myself cope with stress?


I'm really stressed and feeling down on myself at the moment becasue i have my machial arts grading coming up in a few days. Please suggest anything.

Hai Friend!

Well....Stress is inevitable to all mankind,stress is like holding a glass of water in your hand,you are holding it for a long time and you dont let go of it....you either have to keep it away,give to someone or drink it up yourslef!

Tips to combat stress....
1.Donot frown,if you frown,hold the frown with your index and thumb for 5 seconds and release it immediately.
2.Drink lots of water and the food you like to eat
3.Relax and take deep breaths....people in stress and tension forget to beat for which their heart beat increases and they sweat a lot and are terrified.
4.Know that you are precious and you have a choice to allow stress to come to you....you either gulp it,u throw it away or you give to urself!
5.Play a sport with your friends
6.Watch comedy shows and laugh a little everday....laughter induces the "happy harmone" to your brains that keep you active.
7.Sleep in moderation and exercise well.
