How can i get less stressed?


i'm finding that i get really stressed out about lil things really easy.. is there anything i can do for this??

i don't have panic attacks or anything, i just get really nervous and worried about stuff...

look into 'hardiness training'. It'll help you with dealing with the little stresses life throws at you. Also, if not, try to change how you're general outlook on life is - every time bad news pops up hunt for the silver lining (E.g. - exam gets moved forward - gets it over and done with sooner).

I started the 'more positive thinking' last year and, even though tricky at first, it actually does help and you do get better at it.

just relax and just take deep breaths and just let it go. and when you feel yourself getting stressed again do those steps and maby go for a jog or somthing.
