Is there anything I can take to help stress? |
I don't want to sound lame I'm just really busy at work after the other guy in my dept was made redundant so I'm literally doing 2 full time people's jobs. Which is fine-I can do it but it's just so much and I know I'm getting stressed, I have physical signs, even tough I actually feel quite happy. diazepam or lorazepam or any benzodiazepine if your doctor will give them to you there addictive though so tou can only use them short term until tou relieve your stressess if not magniesium relaxes your muscles therfoere reducing stress or you can buy things like calms from over the counter to and drops or sprays that go under your tongue try yoga thats very good at reiieving stress or meditation you would have to research that though coz i couldn't do it (find a happy place in your mind thats what they say) all i got was awful mental pictures of an ex lol good luck hope tou find something that helps xxx You should consider a visit to your GP to discuss this but if you want to consider natural options first, try camomile tea, Lavender Oil on pillows in baths etc, Argent Nitrate is good homoeopathic remedy for stress and "Kalms" herbal tablets may also help. Don't let it get out of control as it could run the risk of making you depressed. Good luck and try to relax when you can mate! Take a B vitamin complex... Fruits like apples and bananas have natural stress relievers in them.
