Is it easier to go with the flow or stress it with the struggles, How do you do to control your stress? |
It's normal to get stressed when everything is going wrong, but isn't it easier to just go with the flow and try an work it out without the stress, I mean it feels better without the stress, but not always easy to control the stress. I sing a bit, or just act normally crazy:) I don't always win, but on the most part it does get me by:) Every thing happens as per the will of Al-mighty God. I think it's best to "go with the flow" by looking at the problem and finding a way to work it out, that way you feel much more proud of yourself and you can say you got through it yourself, rather than freaking out and driving yourself up the wall and failing. Singing a pretty good way of relieving stress, I agree haha! This is a cool question, thanks for posting! Hope you have a nice day. Once when I was in a therapy group the instructor was at the board and said here you are and made a dot at the bottom and said here you are and made a dot at the top and said her is where you want to be. Now what is the best way to get there? While some said a straitht line he said, yes it would be but life isn't like that, it may not let us go that way and he started drawing a line going from one side of the board to the other until it reached the top dot. He said life may take us in different directions but as long as we keep getting closer to out goal that is all you have to worry about, keeping that goal in sight. Then he took and started drawing a straight line from the bottom to the top going through the other lines and he said if you think you can get from the bottom to the top faster you have to break the resistance of all of these lines as you go and that is how most people end up having problems themselves doing all the extra work. Kind of long here but I hope it helped. |
