How to stop tension in shoulder and wrists caused by stress?

It's exam week so ive been getting this really painful tension every night in my shoulders and wrists. I know the obvious way to get rid of it is to destress but that's not really an option until these exams are over. Tylonel and Advil do nothing....how do i make the pain go away?

You sure you don't have arthritis? It is possible genetically even if you're still young.

Anyhow, you could try massaging it, or doing to the spa for a good massage.
