What is a good way to relieve stress, I have so much that I get headaches?

I get annoyed easily and don't want to do anything and I get sad and mad easier, what's wrong with me?

When you're sad: Exercise! This releases stress and makes your brain produce endorphins that lift your mood. Plus the long term effects will make you happier as you will feel healthier and look fitter. When you sweat it will also release toxins which will make you less likely to release them in other ways such as by getting spots.

When you're angry/distressed: eat a banana. When you feel like this your body goes into what is called the "fight or flight" mode and your systems work slower, for example your digestive system, so it's harder to digest things. Bananas can be easily digested and contain something called tryptophan, which helps you feel better when you're distressed. Smoothies can also be easily digested. Also look in your health food shop for something called Bach's rescue remedy spray.

to make mood swings less common/balance hormones: make sure you get LOTS of healthy proteins and essential fatty acids and this will help balance your hormones that cause mood swings. drinking nettle tea helps to balance hormones too, as do spicy foods. get 7 hours of sleep per night, which can be aided by taking Valerian (it's a herbal supplement that helps you sleep). Milk has also been proven to contain things that help you get off to sleep. Don't skip breakfast when you wake up and it should set you up for the day.

Talk to a counsellor about how you can plan your time to balance work and play, and how to motivate yourself. It's a huge step to go to a counsellor but you won't regret it. You can google these things too.

Buy a punching bag, when ever you feel angry or stressed, punch/kick it a few times, it does help plus it will keep you fit and give u more strength, and you wont be harming anyone :)

Do something your good at.
like a sport...something easy.

Sounds like depression. Try to walk everyday.

Smoke some weed

Find a hobby and pursue it. It will really take your mind off of things
