What do you do to relax when you're stressed?

Looking for tips....

anything that doesnt cause you any stress..lol

take a walk..talk to a good friend...have a drink(not necessarily alcohol, eat somethig that you like alot, do something that makes you happy..it will take the stress level down some..if someone is makes you stressed out...get away from them for a while..have some "me" time..do what you got to do..u only live once so at least be stress free...
Take a bubble bath while sipping on a glass of wine, go on my back patio and read, go to Barnes & Nobles and just chill.
Breathe, stretch, meditate. Do something you enjoy, like running or playing an instrument. Don't watch tv because it will get you worked up. Talk to friends about your problems and then do something fun with them.
Magnesium is a natural muscle relaxant. Take it and lie down.
i just breath and then maybe just find a good book to curl up with or just sit on the sofa and watch a little t.v
hire some one to give you a message lol but light candles but on jazz music and kick back but if it is a really prop see some one do you all ways seem tired at the end of the day and get bossy it might be your thyroid i dont know how to spell that but w/e hope this helps
