What to do when you feel totally Fu*ked Up.....or Highly Stressed....? |
What to do when you feel totally Fu*ked Up.....or Highly Stressed....? We do sometimes feel totally freaked out thanks to various problems we have to face everyday....... What do you do to OVERCOME this mental situation.....?????? Hi that would depend on what the stress was/what was causing the stress. Is it something you can avoid? is it something in your home/personal life outside work. I for one mainly avoid it by taking up my time doing other things anything that will stop me think about what is going on in my life or what is stressing me out. Like yahoo answers I come here and answer and in a selfish way its only so that I do not have to face my own problems and own stress. This stops me thinking about me well I am thinking of others and how I can help them. Stupid really I should be sorting my own mess out or if I listened to my own advice I give to others that would be a good thing. I also do things like read a book, take a bath, go for a walk. there is lots of things that can help you out with stress. The only ture way to overcome it is to deal with whatever it is and move on with your life. I like to read about them. Look up affluenza and see what that means- it is very interesting and could be relevant to how you are feeling. Also talking to a councillor would help, or even people at work (depending on what the problems are). Also find some activities both alone and in groups- to help vent, to be outside and to have reflection time- such as walking, painting, swimming , etc Good luck :) |
