How do youdeal with stress? |
i need manydifferent ways to do so i amtoo stressedout and i need help I have flower gardens !! I plant flowers, I pull weeds, I play in the dirt like a little kid. And I get to see all the pretty flowers as they grow. I also get to see the looks I get from people that drive past the house I have had many compliments on this yard too. writing. a good magazine. my ipod or the radio. a nice bubble bath. Cry and scream in the nice hot long shower, take a long hot bath with lots of lavender bubbles, take a walk, go shopping, watch my favorite funny movie, read a good book, listen to some calming music, take a long drive in the country by myself, go to bed early, have sex with my husband, eat and drink all my favorite foods. Smoking Unhealthy Hitting things Can Be Bad Idea shooting things Can Be Bad Idea chopping wood Healthy carving wood animals Attractive Skill stabbing wooden animals A Safe Alternative..i guess Eating ice cream sadly the best one on the list eating wood chips All around bad idea I have suffered with a lot of stress too. The best thing I can suggest is to work-out. It always makes me feel better. Even if you only have 10 mins., walk around your block. Also journaling helps get stress out and also helps you to see a pattern to your stress. I am working on learning to meditate as well. I know it is a huge stress reliever, but it definitely takes practice. Good luck! Dance to your favorite music. The excercise (sp?) helps. Bite a pencil or pen. Sounds stupid, but it helps too. Go on a walk for fresh air. Hope that I helped! Stress can arise for a variety of reasons. Any change in our lives can be stressful. In dealing with stress, the lifestyle needs a complete overhaul. We should be placed on an optimum diet, and take regular exercise and adequate rest. Check out http://sumiram2006-stressfree.blogspot.c... for more info. |
