Acne from stress? |
I have always had really nice skin but lately I have been under stress and haven't been eating too well or working out. I'm breaking out on my cheeks and I don't know what to do! I tried using neutrogena acne face washes and treatments and they worked but once I stopped my skin got bad again. What should I use and do to make my skin better? You do not get acne from stress. If you sweat while stressing, maybe, but otherwise that is not a way acne is formed. Also diet does not effect your skin ethier [Only color, such as not eating well could result to pale skin]. It is surprising, but its true. Acne break outs start anywhere in a person's life. Mostly teenagers get it because they are under going adolescence, but some people have it later in life. I would not use nuetrogena if once you stop acne comes back, its the way the company gets you to keep buying more. Try other brands that you`ve heard good about & see if they work. I use pro-activ & it works pretty well. It doesn`t clear your skin completely in a few weeks as some people might say, but I guess its different for everyones skin. try another product, if that doesn't work call the doctor. in certain situations they may be able to prescribe something. try not to stress so much. if that isn't gonna happen try proactiv, it really works. if not see a dematologist, he can tell you whats causing it and also prescribe something for you. good luck, hope it works for you. hope i helped :D Acne is somebody pinning your face with poison pins. There's even red ink deposited. You see it maybe in restaurants and on TV,that silver looking pin is a pimple pin.A lot of Television personalities even wear kevlar face disguises to prevent from being face pinned. All disease is like this.I also see memory blocking here. Mix lemon juice, rose water and glycerin in equal quantities. Apply daily before retiring to bed. Eat a lot of green vegetables like spinach, cabbage, beans, peas, lettuce, etc. A salad and fruit should be taken daily. Check out http://useinfo-acne.blogspot.com/... for more useful info. |
