What are the physiological differences that can occur if you had these different degrees of stress? read on... |
1) A person who worries has the average amount of everyday worries. (job/money/family problems) 2) A person who on the verge of becoming homeless (having his home foreclosed and their family living on the streets. 3) A person in a third world country "already knowing in their mind" or the "constant thought" that they will die from starvation. If the examples aren't clear, I mean to ask what are the effects to the body comparing "sporadic stress/worry with periods of ease" (sine wave pattern) VS. the same sine wave pattern of stress but with increased amount and increased frequency VS. Very high level of stress at a constant amount (very high = inevitable thoughts of death)? Would there be an obvious difference by looking at these people over a short time? how about over a lengthy period of time? Thanks i have had all the three experiences but it dos not matter that occurs but what kind of person you are and the ability to handle stress ummm.. death? trauma? cancer maybe? ahahahha... but yea, i think so. 0.0 |
