Need help in managing stress?

Im 16...planning to appear for pre-med exam in india.
Iv joint various tution centres, so on an average i study about 6 hrs a day( minimum) and on top of that, i have to finish homework from school...Im not able to manage my time properly...i dont get any time for physical activity and all im doing is studying....This situation is causing me great amount of stress.
i feel totally helpless...my parents are busy people...they can give me only limited time...
and for a week now,iv become pale ,growing thinner and having headaches
is there anything i can do to feel better and less stressed?
any help is appreciated...thank you

if i were you, i would reserve 1 day of the week to relax. this can help calm your mind, and free yourself from your studies. if you don't have time for that, try jogging every day in the morning after you wake up, or in the afternoon when its cooler. this will help calm your mind, and even help your mind understand things that you might not be getting yet. when you start exercising like this, its also important to start eating right too. try eating a balanced diet, carbs, protein, fruits, vitamins, and this will ensure a healthy body. like my dad always says, a healthy body means a healthy mind..haha.
exercise...exercise...exercise... always makes people feel better. make sure you are getting enough sleep and eating properly, very important. no good being educated if you to ill to do anything. will only get worse unless you start looking after yourself.and to much study notgod for you. your brain needs a rest. after the first couple of hours studying the brain wont remember anymore until its had a rest.so do yourself a favour and chill.
