How do you handle stress? If you're stressed and want to unwind, what do you do?

listen to soft flowing music=have a hot cup of tea=lay down and do stretches then relax the whole body
Running, walking, or any other kind of exercise really clears the mind and helps you level out. I highly recommend it for stress reduction!
turn off the tv and the lights go into the quiet part of the house close my eyes and just breath for 20-30 min.
Smoke a little pot, play some video games, play guitar, read, draw, have sex, take a walk
Smoke some weed and meditate
I read a book now and then or your favorite magazine. You could always call up some friends to help you laugh and hang out.
Puzzles!!
I love crossword puzzles, cryptograms, sudokus, Jumbles, logic puzzles, all kinds of pencil puzzles.
Doing pencil puzzles (I prefer words to numbers) ALWAYS relaxes my mind!
