What's Your Stress Style?



When life tosses us a brick, we all respond differently. How do you handle stress?

I never let stress get the best of me. I exercise and stay busy with friends, so it hard to get consumed by problems. 100 percent of stress come from work, so I leave them there.
Internalise the problems, get depressed for half an hour and then work out the best way to fix it.
Short term stress just makes me very calm, long term stress I keep inside until I either solve the stress causing factor or I get an upset stomache and concentrate on that rather than the stressful problem.
Unfortunately I throw the brick right back and I kick too.
Personally I kick stress and all matters of the heart to the curb. I fallin love too easily. The lord never made an ugly woman, only men who can,t see straight. But really, most women are drama queens. Good luck to them.
