I am so stressed........?



i have been so stressed lately i don't know what to do.....just from family and friend problems and then on top of it i feel so big, big as in fat but im 15 and i only weigh 97 every one tells me not to worry about it and that im fine and some people tell me i need to gain some weight but i have no clue how to gain any weight i eat none stop every day there isn't a second that goes by that im not eating something and i don't know what to do.....and what else can i do about my stress? most of it comes from friend problems and some, not most, but some from family..............please help!!

dont worry about stress even if your going through bad times just think positve i no its harder then it sounds, but just rember people care about you your a good person and not to let bad things effect you youl be fine. And the eating thing dont worry about it everyone does something when your stressed. Just do situps everynight thats the best thing to do for weight and it makes you look good.
You are too young to be suffering from so much stress! You will have plenty of time when you get older to deal with stress, trust me. And at age 15, 97 pounds doesn't sound to me like you are big or fat! I wish I weighed that little!

Take a walk. Exercise is one of the healthiest things you can do for your health, and for your peace of mind. Take a break from your friends for awhile, and spend some quality time alone. You need to find yourself again.

We all have good days and bad days. This too shall pass.
