1.loss of function to either side of the body.
2. facial droop...try to smile and one side does not go up.
3. headaches
4. chest pain
5. clammy skin
6. slurred speech

Often times people can have TIA's (trans ischemic attacks) aka mini-strokes. Symptoms are very similar. Seek medical attention immediately in either case.

the way u tell if someone had a stroke i read u tell them to stick out their tounge and if it goes to the side then thats bad

consider heart problem.as possiblity.

it can be either side, do you have dizzyness? slurred speach. call an ambulence NOW PLEASE

Difficulty in speech, partial paralysis in one side (like if they lift both arms and one is higher), etc.

If you think someone had a stroke or heart attack CALL 911 immediately.

Chest and arm pain are usually associated with a heart attack not a stroke. You should get to the ER NOW!

What are the symptoms?
Symptoms of a stroke begin suddenly and may include:

Numbness, weakness, or paralysis of the face, arm, or leg, especially on one side of the body.
Vision problems in one or both eyes, such as double vision or loss of vision.
Confusion, trouble speaking or understanding.
Trouble walking, dizziness, loss of balance or coordination.
Severe headache.

A stoke is when blood cannot be received by the brain. You can expect, most critically, slurred speech and the drooping of one side of the face, or body. Other signs include loss of speech or understanding of speech, sudden or severe headaches, and dizziness.

Alternatively, a heart attack is where blood has trouble being received by the heart, due to (in some cases) a clot. Signs of a heart attack include discomfort in the chest, shortness of breath, discomfort in the upper body, or arms. (in most cases, the left.)

If you suspect either, call 911 immediately!
