TIA/mini stroke prevention?

I won't be able to get in contact or even see my fiance until tomorrow... no MDs until Monday, and just came from the emergency room. They said she had an anxiety attack! They barely even looked at her before giving her that label, tested her only for that, and put words into her mouth about her symptoms... I'm sure its TIA, since she's had attacks before and none lasted that long, were on and off like that, and had THAT many symptoms... anyway can this work, as it can for blood clots:

Nutritional therapy may include the following: vitamins B3 (niacin), B6, C, and E; fatty acid and garlic supplements; and the minerals zinc, magnesium, and manganese. Herbal remedies may include cayenne (Capsicum frutescens), other hot peppers, and gingko (Ginkgo biloba) to help reduce the protein fibrin, which is a necessary factor in blood clots. Bilberry (Vaccinium myrtillus), turmeric (Curcuma longa), and ginger (Zingiber officinale) help reduce platelets' stickiness, which is essential for clot fo

Bilberry (Vaccinium myrtillus), turmeric (Curcuma longa), and ginger (Zingiber officinale) help reduce platelets' stickiness, which is essential for clot formation. Onion (Allium sepa) and garlic (A. sativum) help reduce fibrin and platelet stickiness. Patients who are taking prescribed anticoagulant drugs should consult their doctors before starting vitamin, nutritional, or herbal therapies

I've always been told a baby aspirin a day is advisable in TIA prevention (unless there is a reason she can't take that.)
