How does one reduce heart attacks and strokes? |
food, vitamin, exercises? tell me anything that can work and work well oh yeah and what are things to avoid to not have heart attack and strokes? avoid eating too much saturated fat because this is the stuff that blocks your arteries and will cause heart attacks and strokes (sat fat is visible animal fats on meat and in cheese etc) Stay thin, get plenty of exercise, take a baby aspirin every day. eat right , don't smoke and exercise. try to stay stress free The things you need to do: patient should reduce heart attacks & strokes by mantaitenece regular exercise if he is regular chain -smoker or drinker keep decilining the quantity taken by him, eat healthy food,completely avoid oily food , non-veg,fast-food, soft drinks, better take salads, green vagetables, veg-soups, regular cheak- ups by doctor suggestion , regular exercise (yogas), complete bed rest,don't do hard working , be always happy , don't take tantions, relax ur body,take ur medicines regularly 1. avoid eating too much fatty and salty foods Stop eating high-fat foods |

If you really feel that you can't cope or manage your mum then you have to say NO and be definite about it This doesn't make you a bad person.It's a decision made based on what'...
