Do you think the heart murmur I had when @ age 2 contributed to the 2 strokes I had @ age 5?

I'm 24 now.

Not enough information to tell. Murmurs are quite common in chidren. They can grow out of it. Murmurs are turbulent flow heard by a stethescope or naked ear.
This can be caused by many things and in children, the size of the tubes leading of the heart (arteries) can mean a faster flow coupled with a thin chest wall makes a faux (fake) murmur occur. Which can be grown out of it.

Congenital malformations of the heart can also cause murmurs. Congenital malformations especially atrial septal defects can, although I do not know how common in pediatrics, cause a stroke.
The fact that atrial septal defects do not cause a murmur though tends to lead away from that. As there so many congenital defects. Only a pediatric cardiologist could really answer that question as it is too complex, especially with not knowing what kind of murmur you had and where it came from. And/or if you have been diagnosed with a congential heart malformation.

If you havent, then chances are very slim as murmurs are generally benigh at that age that is the cause of the stroke.

The atrial septal defect occurs when clots in the venous system forms a thrombus (small clot), instead of just going to the lungs, it can cross over the foramen ovale region that should have closed with birth after the lungs are used. But goes to the left heart and up to the brain.
Doubt it though

probably didnt help

Doubtful. There were most likely other factor at play.

Well it couldn't have helped.

So yeah, probably so.

at age FIVE? ...wow...

I don't know babe, everyone is different. Your medical records should tell inside them.Love Jo xx
