Hello , is it ok to do normal exercise when one has just recovered from a stroke?


didn't have to undergo any surgery when recovering just the normal drugs...

It is OK doing normal exercises to avoid heart diseases,but it is not so affective,we have to walk regularly some kilometers.The main thing is to avoid eating high cholesterol foods and not take tention and be calm and always think positive.
